What is coaching?

In simplest forms life coaching is working with a client and aiding them to become the best that they possibly can. As a coach, I work with my clients to achieve their goals and ambitions; resulting in more success, confidence, happiness and fulfilment.

I take my clients current circumstance, discuss their goals and ambitions and together we work at bridging the gap between the present situation and the future of achieving these goals. We do this through a series of deep and meaningful conversations. These conversations create insight and clarity. They create shifts in perspective that aid at ridding negative and limiting beliefs, which often stop us in our tracks to achieving our dreams. It’s powerful stuff!

Athletes, singers and actors have coaches….even coaches have coaches!

Coaches are there for guidance, support, efficiency and to optimise peak performance. Coaches guide and encourage, so that their client can be the best that they possibly can. Why wouldn’t you have a coach? An investment into being the best YOU that you could possibly be!


How does it work then?

We meet regularly for 60 minute sessions. During these sessions we have deep and meaningful conversations that will explore and challenge your perspective. Throughout these conversations we establish a greater sense of what it is that you are really looking for. This will most definitely change from session to session, as your perspective alters and you gain more clarity. We will then establish the necessary avenues to get you to where you want to be.

If needed, we’ll create tasks or goals that I will hold you accountable for. We will keep contact between sessions to keep you on track to achieving your goals. I’ll be there for support and guidance. Together we will work hard and be committed to making you the best possible version of yourself.


How much is this going to cost me?

As cliché as this sounds, this is an investment in YOU.

Programme prices vary depending on the tailor-made course provided. We will discuss this after our initial session. Prices vary on the level of support required between sessions and the your length of commitment.

I’m not sure if this is for me or what i even want to be coached on?

Often having the feeling or the inclination that something needs to change is the first step. Knowing what needs to change or how to change it doesn’t matter - that’s where I come in! Throughout our sessions we will explore any despondence. You will gain clarity and insight. From there we will move forward in the direction that best suits you and the vision you hold for yourself.
